Out of the turmoil of the 2008 financial crisis, Education Solution Partners, LLC was created to assist financial organizations manage their student loan business. Since 2009, our attention to detail has successfully helped our clients achieve improved financial performance and increased operational efficiencies. Our performance has been acknowledged by rating agencies through rating upgrades for our clients.
Randy (with 20+ years) and Darlene (with 20+ years) have extensive experience in education finance.
Randy Behm
For fourteen years, Randy managed the student loan business for KeyCorp including sales and marketing, accounting, product management, secondary market, budget and finance. Randy’s role included the launch and initiation of multiple student loan securitizations ($10 billion) with responsibilities for transaction initiation, investor reporting (procedural development and administration), account reconciliation and transaction performance. Randy is a current board member of American Student Assistance and a former commissioner of the Ohio Student Aid Commission. Randy has been developing private loan programs for over 20 years.
Darlene Dimitrijevs, CPA
For twelve years, Darlene administered KeyCorp’s student loan securitizations including transaction launch, investor reporting, accounting and reconciliation, tax return preparation, coordination of audit compliance reviews, and management of third party servicing. She has successfully managed the wind down of several student loan transactions. Darlene has over twenty years experience managing private loan programs, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
